How could your organisation improve?

A lot of member organisations have suffered a considerable loss of members over recent years, which results in less financial means. The biggest problem is how to reach young people. Croatia states, that there is much more to be written here than a few sentences. Slovakia states, that this is a topic for a doctoral dissertation. In Germany groups are studying how to improve the organisation and the Federation. The Korean organisation was founded in 2006 and they improved their organisation over the past 10 years, becoming more united and earning trust from outside. Liechtenstein doesn’t know how and Luxembourg states it doesn’t need improvement. Romania (ANCR) looks forward to sharing experience at this point, with other national organisations, due to a complete reorganisation in 2016, which hasn’t been completed yet.
